Bart is an NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles X. He is initially found at West Gate Plain in Primordia, near the West Gate of New Los Angeles, during the Affinity Mission The Repair Job. Once the mission is completed, he can later be found in the Hangar of the Administrative District near the Restricted Hangar Entrance.
