Big Balaena Water Bags are unique materials in Xenoblade Chronicles X. They can be obtained from blue Balaenas, or for 138 Reward Tickets at the Network Console in the BLADE Barracks. They are components in X, XV, and XX Max HP Boost and Boost.HP-MAX augments.
