Boot Camp (Japanese: 護りたい人, Mamoritai Hito, The Person to Protect) is an Affinity Mission in Xenoblade Chronicles X. It can be accepted in the Outfitters Test Hangar in the Industrial District of New Los Angeles.

Objectives

1. "Have a practice battle with Gwin in the Outfitters test hangar in the industrial district."
2. "Purchase a Soldier Assault Rifle from the shop."
3. "Talk to Gwin in the Oufitters test hangar."
   • Gwin automatically joins the party after completing this objective.
4. "Achieve all objectives"
   • "Complete Elma's first task."
   • "Complete Elma's second task."
   • "Complete Elma's third task."
5. "Return to the Outfitters test hangar in the industrial district."
