Broken Parts M are common materials in Xenoblade Chronicles. They can be obtained from Mechon M63 and Mechon M72 during the Colony 9 attack. Broken Parts M are also available via trade. According to their description, although they are broken they could be restored and used as armour. Broken Parts L and Broken Parts S share this description.
