Chapter 7
A piece of the Lifehold has been found in Oblivia. Head there and rescue Irina and her team from the Ganglion.

Chapter 7 (Japanese: 第7章　謀略, Dainanashō: Bōryaku) is a Story Mission in Xenoblade Chronicles X. It can be received from Vandham at the BLADE Barracks in New Los Angeles. This mission corresponds to Chapter 7 of the main plot.

Objectives

1. "Head to Oblivia's Ibra Ravine and assist Irina's team."
2. Achieve all objectives
   • "Defeat the Assault Qmoeva."
   • "Defeat the Assault Qmoeva."
3. Achieve all objectives
   • "Defeat the Assault Qmoeva."
   • "Defeat the Assault Qmoeva."
   • "Defeat the Pursuit Qmoeva."
4. "Head for the Lifehold in Oblivia."
   • Downstream from Lake Basel
5. "Defeat Almandal."
6. "Report to Commander Vandham at the entrance to New LA's BLADE Tower."

Results

"The Lifehold unit was destroyed. It's clear that the Ganglion detest humans, and also know that the Lifehold Core's power supply will soon run out."

Notes

• During this mission, Sea Whisper Valley is filled with numerous level 20 Sword Puges and Marnuck Vanguards, and level 31–40 Assault Qmoevas. It may be necessary to sneak or fight past them to reach Irina's team in Ibra Ravine.
