Cobalt Chips are Core Chips in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Torna ~ The Golden Country. They can be bought from Shroomblade Smithing, or dropped by various low level enemies in the Empire of Mor Ardain and surrounding areas. Of these most are quest-exclusive enemies.

Cobalt Chips share their appearance with Gold Chips, Iron Chips and Steel Chips.
