Containers (Japanese: コンテナ, Kontena) are objects in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and Future Redeemed.[1]
Overview[]
In the field, the party may find Containers with hard-to-obtain items inside. Occasionally, a Supply Drop with a red smoke rising from it will be left by Keves or Agnus with valuable items inside.
In Future Redeemed, opening every container in an area awards the party with Affinity Points. The number of unopened containers in an area is viewable in menus. There also exists Relics, which are similar to Containers but with a more distinct design and typically better loot.
Legacies of the Seven[]
The Legacies of the Seven are a series of seven special Containers found around Erythia Sea containing one-of-a-kind Accessories which provide unmatched stat boosts and cannot be sold. They are named after the Roman days of the week.
- Lunae Rings (Corne Island)
- Martis Rings (Radial Outlook)
- Mercurii Rings (Anu Shoals)
- Iovis Rings (Lost Colony)
- Veneris Rings (Place of Heroes Past)
- Saturni Rings (Daedal Isle)
- Solis Rings (Demihuman Gutter)
Notes[]
- In Xenoblade Chronicles 3, if the Collectible Boost meal effect is active, then any item dropped on the ground by a Container will be duplicated. However, Key Items and items placed directly into the player's inventory such as the Legacy of the Seven cannot be duplicated with this method. Furthermore, this method does not work in Future Redeemed.
