Delta Vessels are Treasure items in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. They can be obtained through Salvaging at any Salvage Point at the Argentum Trade Guild. One is needed during Newt Recruits. One is offered by Rhys after Chapter 9, claiming it is the first item he obtained through salvaging.
