Drizzle Elements are rare materials in Xenoblade Chronicles. They can be obtained from two types of Nebulae and Flabbergasted Jerome in Eryth Sea and Makna Forest, or traded for with Miko in Frontier Village. According to their description, they are water elements that cause a shower of drizzle within a fifty centimeter radius.
