Evileye Mambor is a Unique Monster in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It is a member of the Aspar family, as well as a Driver, and can be found at level 54 on the Path of the Believer in the Cliffs of Morytha.
After ~50-75% HP is down, it can use "Skin Upgrade", rising its level to 64, 74, etc. and fully restoring its HP if it is not defeated fast enough.
It must be defeated in order to unlock Zenobia's level 4 Adamantine Axe, Perceval's level 5 Blade Vortex, and Patroka’s level 5 “Sanguine Steel” on their affinity charts.
Mambor's Blade
Mambor drives an Animal Water Common Blade with Twin Rings. Although Mambor does not use the weapon in battle, the Blade can still use Blade Arts and Specials.

- Ripple Drive: Control ether to attack the enemy and heal allies.
- Dual Fang: Shoot out lasers from the rings floating on both sides.
- Screw Edge: Attack repeatedly using the ring held in the mouth
