The Extra Game Options is a DLC Key Item in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It can be collected after installing the Challenge Battle Mode Pack of the Expansion Pass.

After collecting the item, three new settings appear in Game Settings.
- Auto-battle: The party leader will battle under AI. This includes the usage of Arts and switching Blades.
- Automate Special Button Challenges: Blade Specials will not have button prompts and default to a "Good" rating.
- Enemy Aggression: Enemies will not detect the party. This does not affect Salvage Point Enemies, Unique Monsters, Bosses, or Quest Exclusive Enemies.
