Feris model in Xenoblade Chronicles
Feris (Japanese: フェリス, Ferisu, lit. Felis, Felid) are large cat-like enemies in the Xenoblade Chronicles series. These creatures are most likely to be based on lions and leopards, hence the name derived from feline.
Feris undergo a massive appearance change between games; in Xenoblade Chronicles and Future Connected, they resemble spotted lions with large, spiked manes. In Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Torna ~ The Golden Country, and Xenoblade Chronicles 3 they retain the mane but otherwise are completely different - they are brown with red hair and dog-like, with long muzzles and bushy tails. In Torna ~ The Golden Country they are paler with orange hair.
Xenoblade Chronicles[]
They are found on the Bionis, in Satorl Marsh, Makna Forest, and on Valak Mountain. Veteran Yozel and the Green Feris are the most powerful Feris, at level 83.
