The Ether Plant (Japanese: エーテルプラント, Ēterupuranto) is a landmark in Xenoblade Chronicles. It is located at the Eryth Sea, above and to the east of the Hode Refuge. It is a Hovering Reef, and has five devices similar to windmills on it. It is connected to Hovering Reef 10 by a teleporter.
Jarack is the High Entia in charge of the plant, and the only NPC on the island until after the events at the Mechonis Core, when several other High Entia join him. When he is first met, he is fixing one of the windmills, and he gives a few quests related to this.

There are no enemies on this island, except when two Ekidnos appear during Hode Attack.
