Kali is an NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna ~ The Golden Country. He is a Gormotti child who can be found at the Aletta: Militia Garrison in the Kingdom of Torna after being reunited with his father Hedwyn and sister Kelly.
He must be found during the quest Thicker than Water, upon completion of which his Community is gained alongside Hedwyn and Kelly.
