Dragon Rod Alcar (Japanese: 竜杖アルカトラズ, Ryūjō Arukatorazu, Dragon Rod Alcatraz) is a weapon in Xenoblade Chronicles. It is a staff wielded by Melia. The core of the staff is a talon from the Dragon King Alcar. It can only be obtained from a Giants' Treasure Chest in a hidden room of the Central Hall.
