Piper is an NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna ~ The Golden Country. He is a Tornan shopkeeper who can be found at the Formide Shopping Ward of Auresco in the Kingdom of Torna.
Piper offers no quests, but his Community is gained if he is spoken to after completion of A Rare Sense of Justice.
