Although whether the Final Marcus should be considered a Superboss has been the subject of debate, for the purposes of this Wiki he has been included in the list.

Final Marcus (Japanese: 終世のマークス, Shūsei no Mākusu) is one of the five Superbosses in Xenoblade Chronicles. It is a Unique Monster and a Slobos found at level 100 the Three Sage Summit on Valak Mountain at night (clear or snowing). Unlike the other superbosses, it is immediately present in the area rather than appearing after events later in the game. There are two Gloria Slobos by his spawn location, although both they and Final Marcus can be lured away individually to a safer place for battle. The nearby Slobos will not join the battle unless they catch the party in their line of sight. The nearby, though comparatively low-leveled, Reef Nebulae may also join the battle if an ether attack is used while the party is at a low enough level or if hit with an attack that hits multiple targets. It can drop the Yellow Slobos Rock needed for Replica Monado 5.

Marcus' spawn location is nearby Avalanche Abaasy, and it may be possible for the party to fight both of them at once, provided both of their Spawn Time conditions are met.
