Fine-Quality Belts are common materials in Xenoblade Chronicles. They are dropped by Krawla Slobos and Krawli Slobos on Valak Mountain and can be traded for from Kurralth briefly at Valak Mountain. According to their description, even though they are only a length of tied monster skin, they still look really good.
