Foggy Dilemma (Japanese: 五里霧中の問題, Gorimuchū no Mondai) is an Affinity Mission in Xenoblade Chronicles X. It can be received at the Water Purification Plant in the Residential District. Completing this mission unlocks Phog as a recruitable party member.

Objectives

1. "Investigate the data probe at Oblivia's Twin Arches."
2. "Investigate the data probe on Oblivia's Aaroy Plain."
3. "Investigate the data probe at Oblivia's Twin Arches."
4. "Regroup and investigate the data probe on Oblivia's Aaroy Plain."
5. Achieve all objectives.
   • "Defeat the Qmoeva Divider on Oblivia's Aaroy Plain." (1)
   • "Defeat the Marnuck Crafter on Oblivia's Aaroy Plain." (1)
   • "Defeat the Marnuck Analysts on Oblivia's Aaroy Plain." (2)
   • Hint: It is advisable to do these objectives at night, as Barnabas, the Despot, a level 65 Tyrant, roams the area during the day.

Results
