Frenzied Bana (Japanese: 逆上のバーン, Gyakujō no Bān) is a quest exclusive Unique Monster in Xenoblade Chronicles. It is a member of the Pterix family carrying the Nopon Bana, and is the only enemy that appears in Frontier Village. It is fought at level 78 at Apex Lake in Frontier Village during Bana the Betrayer and after the events at Mechonis Core (Chapter 17). Bana is also fought as Diabolical Bana in Future Connected.

- Frenzied Bana is the only Unique Monster to have "A Tragic Decision" as its battle theme instead of "You Will Know Our Names".
- It is possible that the Pterix used by Bana hatched from the Monster Egg he requested that the party retrieve in Secret Ingredient Hunt.
