Goetia's Black Heels are prime materials in Xenoblade Chronicles X. They can be obtained from Goetia, or for 162 Reward Tickets at the Network Console in the BLADE Barracks. They are also given out as rewards for the Time Attack Mission Xeno from the Abyss. They are components in crafting the Masterstroke and Original weapons.
