The Graduation Certificate is a Key Item in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It is needed to complete the quest Powered-Up Poppi. It is given to Poppi by Fleecyflossy after defeating the Torl Marrin on the Goldmouth Flight Deck in the Argentum Trade Guild.
