Hill Fireflies (Japanese: ゼッペキホタル, Zeppekihotaru) are collectables in Xenoblade Chronicles. They can be found on Bionis' Leg. According to their description, their behaviour is influenced by shooting stars. Four are required for the reconstruction of Colony 6. In the Definitive Edition, they can be purchased from the Nopon Archsage in Time Attack for 2,400 Noponstones.

Bionis' Leg - the following locations have the highest spawn rate (40%) for Hill Firefly:
- north of Gaur Plain, near the pond
- the upper region of the Rho Oasis
- center of Raguel Lake, near the island where the UM White Eduardo resides
- northeast of Raguel Lake, above the center of the small "M"-shaped platform
- southeast of Raguel Lake, near the center of the large "M"-shaped platform
- the lake near the Kasharpa Falls
- the lake just below Believer's Paradise
- the small lake at the west of Gaur Plain
