Hoope (Japanese: フープ, Fūpu) is a NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles 3.
Overview[]
Hoope can be found in Colony 4 after completing Side Story: Lanz, but later moves to Colony 9.
Story[]
Hoope, alongside Layla and Kite, were a part of Garvel's squad at Colony 14. They fought in a mock battle against Noah, Lanz, Eunie, and Joran, which they won and were awarded medals of honor. He went to Colony 8 alongside Garvel and Layla, but they were all killed by Consul H, and the Colony was destroyed.
They were reborn under H's orders during Side Story: Lanz, and fight the party again. After being defeated, they move to Colony 4, but later move to Colony 9.

Hoope is a Quest Exclusive Boss. He is a Keves Soldier and is fought at level 47 at the Cradle Convoy Shelter alongside Garvel, Layla, and 2 Equites at the Great Sword's Base during Side Story: Lanz.
