Hugo (Japanese: フーゴ, Fūgo) is a NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles X. He can be found at the Integrated Production Plant or at the back of the Outfitters Test Hangar in the Industrial District of New Los Angeles. He offers a series of missions to create Battle Probes.
