Jac is a Gormotti in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. He hails from Torigoth, and his goal is to become a Driver so he can earn money for his family after his parents left. After the party arrives in Torigoth, he tries to summon a Blade by touching a Core Crystal, against the wishes of his younger siblings, Morca, Zelen, and Neel. They were worried he didn't have the aptitude to become a driver. He is originally pushed aside by a much larger, more overconfident man who ends up failing to resonate with the crystal. Jac succeeds instead, much to everyone's joy, and goes to Mor Ardain to join the Ardainian army after training.
Jac can later be found in Alba Cavanich along with Yachik, his Blade, dressed as an official soldier of the Imperial Army. He said he felt bad about leaving his siblings and that his parents didn't even like the army. After completing the quest We Meet Again, he can be found in the port area on the lower level of Hardhaigh Palace.
