The Jeweled Signet is a Key Item in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It can be obtained inside the Titan Battleship in the Gormott Province during the quest Marvelous Mercenaries. It must be then delivered to Raqura at the Raqura Aquagardens in the Kingdom of Uraya.
