Justin is a NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles X. He can be found near Barista Court in the Commercial District of New Los Angeles. He is a member of the Mediators Division.
Justin is involved during the normal mission Rise of the Blood Lobster. Depending on the mission route chosen, he will either be dead or remain in the Ganglion Antropolis.
