Lost Kingdom (Japanese: 王の威光, Ō no Ikō, Royal Authority) is a Blade Quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It can be received from Dagas at Midorl Bridge in the Empire of Mor Ardain during the evening (16:00 – 18:59). After the quest is completed, Dagas's Affinity Chart is reset, with the field skill "Cavalier Attitude" replaced by "Nopon Wisdom", "Mineralogy" and "Ancient Wisdom".

- After purchasing Brief History of Alrest from Reedirait Bookstore for 1,800 G, the quest Dagas's Past: Leftheria is received and must be completed.
- "Get a reference book from an Ardainian bookstore and read about the history of Dagas."
- After purchasing History of Gormott from Haskefell Books for 2,500 G, the quest Dagas's Past: Gormott is received and must be completed.
- "Get a reference book from a Tantal bookstore and read about the history of Dagas."
- After purchasing the Lost People's Tablet from Biblio Paulio for 1,000 G, the quest Dagas's Past: Tantal is received and must be completed.
- "Get a reference book from an Urayan bookstore and read about the history of Dagas."
- After the quests Dagas's Past: Leftheria, Gormott and Tantal are completed, Aldomar Books sells The Mystery Continent for 4,200 G. After it is purchased, the quest Dagas's Past: Folktales is received and must be completed.
- "Get a reference book from an Argentum bookstore and read about the history of Dagas."
- "Order the mercs to acquire info about the monster who destroyed the country of Regideria."
- The Beast of Regideria Merc Mission must be completed.
- "Talk to Carchal who is the Ardainian Garrison in Temperantia."
- "Head to the hill near the Ardainian Garrison in Temperantia in the early morning."
- After this step, Dagas’ Affinity Chart changes.
- "Defeat the Arrogant Behemoth that appeared near the Cloud Sea in Temperantia."

Notes[]
- Dagas's Affinity Chart mistakenly says "afternoon" instead of "evening" as the starting condition for this quest.
- Near the end of the quest, Dagas will get his awakened Affinity Chart (which will replace his initial Affinity Chart). His Phys. Def. and Ether Defense will go from 5% to 15%, his strength mod will go from 5% to 10%, he will gain two additional Aux Core slots, and his battle skills will become more powerful.
