Lost in a Dark Dream is a Time Attack challenge in Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition. It can be received from the Nopon Archsage. The challenge battle is located on the Bionis' Shoulder, and it is unlocked after clearing the main story of Future Connected.

Trivia

The Bionis' Shoulder outside of Future Connected being accessed by going out of bounds in this challenge

• This challenge is the only time the party is able to visit the Bionis' Shoulder as well as fight against Fogbeasts outside of Future Connected in Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition.
  • By glitching out of bounds during this challenge, it is possible to freely explore the Bionis' Shoulder in the main game, but there are no enemies, items, or NPCs present and Skip Travel can't be used. Additionally, the Alcamoth transporter on Soltnar Seal Island doesn't work.
