• I don't think this page/category is necessary. The Class page merely echoes a section of the Driver page, while the XC2 Roles is a bit too narrow, considering that role info has already been integrated into both the Blade and Weapons pages.

    • It doesn't seem to appear on Recent Activity, but I changed the XC2 Rarity Template to add the caption on all instances of the template, and changed the Example table style to XC1. If that's alright

    • Regarding categorization, I wouldn't think of categories as "folders", considering that a) categorization extends to pages, not just files, and b) the structure of category trees is fundamentally different from a computer directory. If it can be placed in an existing category and is not a major subtopic (in terms of importance and/or volume), creating a new subcategory is not particularly beneficial. I've probably said this countless times before, but: this wiki should be more like an encyclopedia/compendium, not a pure database.

  • Hi Eduarda. Thank you for your helpful contribution and all the good intention for the wiki. I have moved the Botany and Forestry page you have created on the wiki to your user space, here the hyperlink :User:Eduarda08/Botany and :User:Eduarda08/Forestry or the URLs https://xenoblade.fandom.com/wiki/User:Eduarda08/Botany and https://xenoblade.fandom.com/wiki/User:Eduarda08/Forestry . In order to respect your work and your good intention, I have moved these pages instead of deleting them. They are in your user space instead of directly in the wiki itself, so you are free to manage or work on them. We did not create pages for each Field Skill (XC2), because, in the image of the character's Skills of the Skill Trees in XC1 such as Shulk#Skill trees or the Field-Skill (XCX) in XCX, we thought not necessary to create them and rather add a maximum information in the respective main page. For now, the Botany and Forestry pages only give the Blades owning it, I do not think an article useful, however completing even adding a Blade table in the main page Field Skill (XC2) will be for sure useful. However if you really think dedicated pages useful, you can quietly work on them in your user space then propose them to the community in the wiki forum. Thank you for your understanding.

    • Sorry for the mess whoops...

      So are you suggesting I should add subheadings for each Field Skill to the main Field Skill (XC2) page, and include the tables there? I was also thinking to add a Merc Missons section for each field skill, with all Merc Missions it can be used in and trust gained. For affinity chart grinding of common blades (to get Overdrive Protocal with Lv 4 Commons). Which is why I turned to edit the Merc Missions page.

      Gender, element, and weapon are Blade data, not Field Skill data, so those details don't belong on the Field Skill page (nor on individual pages for Botany etc if we had such pages). The only part that'd be relevant on the Field Skill page are the Blades who have each skill, and that can be done without subheadings.

      I was also thinking to add a Merc Missons section for each field skill, with all Merc Missions it can be used in and trust gained. For affinity chart grinding of common blades (to get Overdrive Protocal with Lv 4 Commons). Which is why I turned to edit the Merc Missions page.

      It might be reasonable to put that on the Field Skill page, but as one big table of all skills, not a separate section for each skill. The same table could list the Blades who have the skill (and what types of common Blades may have it, if any). However, I'm concerned that the table might be unmanageable with too many Merc Missions per skill; it should be tried out in a sandbox page first so we can see how it looks.

      The merc-missions-by-location pages (e.g. Gormott Province Merc Missions) already list the field skills for each mission, so people can use their browser's "find" command to look for a specific skill; it's just inconvenient to check 7 separate pages. Perhaps the best option would be to merge those pages into a single Merc Missions page. Again, it ought to be tried on a sandbox page first.

  • Hey pal! Noticed your use of its/it's is sometimes incorrect (you're far from alone with that though, so don't worry):

    it's = it is

    its = belonging to it

  • Hi Eduarda! Your work filling out enemy drop tables is fantastic and incredibly helpful - if it would be easier for you we do have a template available that might make things faster?

    • Wow thank you so much for the help!

      You seem on the mark for hits! It matches with other enemy attacks I checked. Thank you so much!

      I'm still not sure about Range, though. I also thought it's range type, but there's a lot of 0s listed which have no corresponding range to the list you linked. And one of Patroka's arts has a range of 6. It doesn't seem to add up and there isn't too much consistency with the numbers. I'm guessing that data is someone further in and isn't in the datamine.

      On another note, it seems like the official word for "status" which is used on the wiki, is "buff". And "defensive" is also an art type.

    • Eduarda08, thank you for your very helpful contribution. As noticed by Drahnian, it will be very nice to use the new Drops template instead the old one, at least when you fully add the Drops tables (compared to pages already with Drops tables that you are completing). There is another point, please do not change the enemy level range in the infobox and the description, meaning keep "32-35" instead of changing by "32". The datamine tables only report the minimum level but here we are indicating the level range. Many thanks.
