Mk. VII Arek is one of the Superbosses in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It is a Unique Monster and a member of the Sovereign family; it can be found at level 114 on Lv. 4, Megrez of the World Tree, accompanied by a Grandum Sovereign and Valta Sovereign, after the party reaches the First Low Orbit Station. Mk. VII Arek can summon Gerolf Sovereigns, who can in turn summon Familion Sovereigns. It can be sealed with a dark Blade Combo to prevent it. The three enemies spawn together when using the tombstone.
