Mumkhar's Razors are rare materials in Xenoblade Chronicles. They presumably once belonged to Mumkhar himself, and can only be obtained by trading with Kurralth whilst he is on Valak Mountain during Adventurers in Peril. According to their description, they can trim even the toughest bristles and they buzz like electric clippers.
