Murky Eluca Water is a rare material in Xenoblade Chronicles. They can be dropped by Perna Elucas, which can be found on Latael Shore at Eryth Sea during the day, or traded for in Eryth Sea and Alcamoth. According to their description, they are a liquid so insanely bitter they could tie the tongue in knots.
