Non'barac is an NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles X. She is an Orphean who can be found at the Delusians South Summit in Sylvalum during the Orphean Pluck, then at the Integrated Production Plant in the Industrial District of New Los Angeles in the daytime after this mission is completed.
