Oc-serv Northern Crests are rare materials in Xenoblade Chronicles X. They can be obtained from silver, orange-eyed Oc-servs, or for 78 Reward Tickets at the Network Console in the BLADE Barracks. They are components in Focused Evasion I and V augments.
