They can be obtained from Milsaadi, for 34 Reward Tickets at the Network Console in the BLADE Barracks, or for 15 Material Tickets from the Material Market in Definitive Edition. They are components in X, XV, and XX Opening Art: Damage Up and Draw.OPENING-DMG augments.
