Primo Novae (Japanese: プリモ・ノヴァ, Purimo Nova) are story exclusive enemies in Xenoblade Chronicles. They are members of the Nebula family, and can be found at level 72 in Bionis' Interior only during the boss battle with Lorithia occurring into Bionis' heart. Although they do not respawn, several of them may be summoned during the course of the battle.

Etymology[]

Primo Nova is a mixture of Italian and Latin words. Primo means "first" in Italian, while Nova is the feminine form of "novus" which means "new" in Latin.
