Rainstorm Elements are rare materials in Xenoblade Chronicles. They can only be dropped by Aqua Nebulae in Satorl Marsh, or traded for with Talia during Talia's Research or Investigating Satorl. According to their description, they are water elements that can be thrown to bring a downpour within a three-meter radius.
