Regal Pterix Wings are rare materials in Xenoblade Chronicles. They can be dropped by Korlba Pterix and Illustrious Golteus in Makna Forest and Frenzied Bana in Frontier Village during Bana the Betrayer. Regal Pterix Wings are otherwise not available. According to their description, they come from a creature who ruled the skies and it is said that they can subdue storms.
