After Amalthus awakened Malos, Rhadallis appointed him to Quaestor, much to the resentment of Magister Baltrich. He later brought Malos to see the Aegis, a legendary artifact in Indol said to be from the Architect; Malos then destroys the artifact and declares himself as the new Aegis.
In 3564, Rhadallis forms a coalition with the Empire of Mor Ardain to cover up the destruction of Coeia by Malos. Magister Baltrich later questions whether Amalthus can be trusted with Malos as his Blade, but he dismisses the issue and claims Indol to be doing the Architect's work.
After Malos is defeated, Amalthus poisons a drink and kills Rhadallis, usurping the role of Praetor.
- Rhadallis shares his Japanese voice actor with Niranira in the main game.
