Scurvy Curtis is a story exclusive enemy in Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna ~ The Golden Country. He is an Urayan Mercenary hired by Gort who is fought at level 17 in Gormott alongside Gort, Insufferable Ulysses, and Antipathetic Archibald. He wields a megalance in battle, but has no Blade.
As with all story exclusive enemies in Torna ~ The Golden Country, this enemy drops no items, only gold.
