The Shivering Sands (Japanese: 戦慄きの砂原, Wananaki no Sunahara) is an area in Xenoblade Chronicles X. It is located in Sylvalum, northwest of the West Ciel Sandsea, and serves as the battlefield against Ga Jiarg and Ga Buidhe during Chapter 9.
FN Site 401 is located here, as is the entrance to the Secluded Lava Lake.
