Steel Selua Cells are rare materials in Xenoblade Chronicles. They can only be dropped by Victorious Gross and Wool Selua in the Bionis' Interior. There is one Wool Selua in Pars Sympathica Tower. Three are needed for Colony 6 Reconstruction.
