Store Deed

Store Deeds are Key Items in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. They can be purchased to grant permanent upgrades. Once every other item a store has been bought at least once, and the player exits and reenters the shop menu, the deed will be available. Most stores do not have their entire selection available from the start, requiring a high enough Development Level to be reached and certain Merc Missions to be completed. However, Accessory shops, Aux Core shops, Core Chip shops, Cylinder shops, Exchange shops, Information shops, Inns, and Other shops never offer their deeds for sale.
