Strange Minerals are Key Items in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. They are obtained by using Agate's "Prospecting" field skill at various Agate's Mining points after starting Precious Yearnings. During the quest, they can be appraised by Misimisi to determine what they are, as well as to advance the quest and unlock higher levels of Agate's skill.
