They can be obtained from Levitath and Millepods, for 58 Reward Tickets at the Network Console in the BLADE Barracks, or for 5 Material Tickets from the Material Market in Definitive Edition. They are one of the required components of X, XV, and XX Magazine Capacity Up augments. Five of them are needed for The Party Line.
