Talent Boost (Japanese: タレントブースト, Tarento Būsuto) is a Gem in Xenoblade Chronicles that increases Talent Gauge gain from, but halves the damage dealt by auto-attacks.

The effects of this gem apply even for Melia and Sharla, whose Talent Gauges are not normally filled by auto-attacks. It is inadvisable to equip it on Sharla, as it would cause her weapon to overheat sooner.
