The Gem Man's Invention (Japanese: ジェム爺の発明, Jemu-jiji no Hatsumei) is a quest in Xenoblade Chronicles. It can be received from the Gem Man at his stall after the Colony 6 Reconstruction has begun.

1. "Reconstruct Colony 6 to level 1 and receive an Ultra Small Reactor."
2. "Return to the Gem Man."
