Tutura (Japanese: トゥトゥラ, Tutura) is a Ma-non in Xenoblade Chronicles X. He can be found at the entrance of the BLADE Tower in the Administrative District of New Los Angeles. He is the founder of the Arms Manufacturer Candid & Credible.
